Axisbank — Relieving letter,experience certificate and gratuity not received

I m ex employee 136652.still now unable to contact any HR in head http://office.My reiiliving was 8th august 2022 and with approval of circle head and debit authorisation my chennai HR asked to withdraw to intiate the resignation again wef 05.08.22.Still now its going to be one month still i am unbale to get any clarification on final settlement amount and relieving and exp certificate.i have contacted several times to chennai HR and it has been told the issue is being pending with head office.i have no idea whom to contact to resolve the issue.plz help on this matter urgently
