Axis bank has deducted consolidated charges for my salary account
750 +18% gst which 900 rs has been deducted from my account.
Do salary account have these charges? But why?
I have a zero balance salary account when i called the customer care they dont have answer to my question. They just told me that since its sunday we dont have system updated. If you guys are not working on sunday and the system is not updated why have you debited 900rs on sunday stating its a consolidated charges?
I need a reply and a immediate responde .

    Below what i reported in my initial email and to the AXIS BANK via case 21602288 which i raised.

    My Section amount is 3925509 and the Disbursed Amount is 3915072 and the un-disbursed amount is 10437. Details I came to know after visiting the branch.

    Because of the un-disbursed amount my pre-emi is still running which I was not aware of and no one coordinated with me.

    My loan amount is directly sent by the Axis bank executive to the builder so I was not aware of this thing.

    I requested for refund but i am getting below response from them.
    BANK RESPONCE:
    We wish to inform you that, our bank official has a call with you on 25th Aug 2022 on 1.30 P.M. You did agreement to sale for consideration of 40, 62, 550/- plus GST of 2, 07, 875/- .

    Total consideration amount is 42, 70, 425/-.
    Customer paid OCR of 4, 70, 000/-.
    The amount need to be paid by Bank is 38, 00, 425/-
    But builder demanded for 37, 89, 988/-
    Therefore 10, 437 /- remained undisbursed.

    Above calculations are conveyed to you during call.

    We are also not aware of the above undisbursed amount at the time of disbursement. Bank is not liable to refund that amount but you can make a part payment in his account and reduce your principle amount. And we have raised the service request for loan downsizing and same will be processed after 10th September 2022 with Service Request No[protected].

    We sincerely apologize for your experience with our Bank staff. Also wish to confirm that your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us improve our service standards. We have noted your feedback regarding unsatisfactory experience in dealing with our Bank Staff and the same has been forwarded to the relevant department for internal review.

    They are clearly saying that they are not aware of so why customer should suffer.

    please look in to this matter and help me so that i can get some refund.

        Hi Team,
        I called to axis bank customer regarding my payment gateway failing issue but customer are not able to resolve my issue. I request you to please look into it. The thing is that axis already rejected my loan due to dual pan card and now they are not allowing me to set up autodebit while seting up auto debit the payment gateway failing.

          Loan rejected due to dual pan card

          Hi Team,

          Recently I have applied personal loan in axis bank where my salary account also attached to this bank. They took many days and finally saying that my loan got rejected due to the dual pan card but honestly I used only one pan card till now. Please I request you to re approve my loan. Please help me on this as my wife is unwell and admitted to hospital due to some pregnancy issues....

          I’m Atul holding a account in axis bank ([protected]), I submitted cash 20000 in the Axis bank Cash Deposit Machine, the machine showed me 1 notes have been retained by this machine.Machine Number is DPRH177106 located in Molarband Extn.
          500rupee Note Serial No 6KV869939.
          I hope the problem may resolve soon.

                I am using credit card from last 4 years from the year i opened the account. i always paid my credit card bills as soon as they got generated. from recent months only i receive the cashback on purchase but in the bill of august as i attached the screenshot as well is adding my cashback as debit and total it in the payment. while as per the rule and knowledge its my money which should be deducted from the bill generated and balance should be reflected in the section i need to pay. then why this cashback is added in deducted automatically. i am so troubled and even went to the bank they didnt help then i reached to the RM shown in app he also denied to help. i want to pay that in time but no one helping me regarding this thus i am forced to write. do the needful and that too in time.. seeking for redressal.

                    I had a very bad experience while dealing for my personal loan. I was made to feel that I was opening the account for the first time in your bank, despite of having all the following:
                    1. Savings account
                    2. Investment account
                    3. Running personal loan account
                    4. Recently successfully closed old personal loan
                    5. Running CC account
                    There was no use and benefit of having and availing such facilities when I have to again go through all such KYC procedures again, investigation and mental harrassment. Further, I was not timely updated about my loan application details and no copy of loan application was provided to me post submission. With all my confidential records taken again by concerned bank employee, no loan application was provided to me. Further evan after debiting all the penal charges and interest charges on my account related to default of only 2 installments of personal loan, the bank denied me additional personal loan. My credit history with the bank has been good but the employees and customer care service personnels mentally and verbally harrassed me; and I was treated as if I was having transaction for the first time with the bank. They took all my confidential and personal information but denied me due benefits. I want to file complaint against mental harrasment.

                      I have opened a current account with Axis Bank vide current account number [protected]. I am not able to pay online GST using my netbanking as after logging in to my netbanking account from GST portal the message that is displayed is your current user profile does not allow access to this page. Please contact branch.

                      You are requested to resolve this issue urgently as I need to pay gst every month and I travel a lot for my work so not possible to visit the branch every month for payment of GST.

                      I am also not able to increase my e-commerce transactions limit.

                      Please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

                          My name is Rajesh and I have been a customer of axis Bank since 2016. i had credit card loan & personal loan at axis bank i was regulary paying my emi on time but due to my job loss I was unable to make my credit card & personal loan(PPR[protected] due payment in time.since around 1year 6month completed today i financial conditon was too poor & not able pay & informed since beginning i have no source of income to pay but starting 6months they started calling, torchuring & visiting my home. Even though i had answered in a good manner but now at present status one axis bank lady staff mob no([protected]) calls daily to my mother, wife & continously using harsh words & harassing them telling my wife she will send staff to workplace & make u jobless, otherthan calling my aged patient mother & speaking roughly if emi not payed we will make u homeless. They are also contacting our local ward members & telling false statements regarding me. Today also she called me she did not revel her name while pickup the she starting shouting me & i explained her i have no source to pay & i am not in place, then she told we will send staff & send documents & will take the signature from my mother & wife to case against me. So my family memebers all are daily fearing due this harassment. This is totally unacceptable move from the banks part. and I believe banks should not harrass anyone to his family members & in local society. I am deeply disappointed and extremely unknown condition what to do how save my family members from harassment

Even though several times i had informed your executives there is source to pay, since around 2years myself family struggling bad attempt frm ur executive calling local ward members, & calling family members phone & threatening. How simple ur saying follow-ups procedure if anything happens to aged mother & wife in not my presence will this lady stafff or bank staff take responsible of family life. i am not satisfied with ur reply. ur asking relevant proof my mother is uneducated will she able record or take ur executive calling or comming harrasement details what foolish talks, its clear ur not going to punish this lady u want to make more & more family to commit sucide by this kind of lady staff in your firm.                           Again myself & family members facing same issue, again axis bank staff violating guidelines, they are continuously calling 20 times per day to my wife mobile & to mother number. Again they called our local ward member to visit my home. I had already informed my situation, today i had called back to bank staff & i had told pls stop harassing family members, he told either u do a one-time settlement or we continue calling ur family members he says. its very bad experience facing continuously. number received from nos

                            I got a call in the name of axis bank that i may get a card protection plan of rs 2199 a year or so. They knew all my location and date of birth.
                            They were asking me to only reply in "yes" or "ok". then they asked to manually type my dob in my key pad. I cut the call instantly. Can you confirm the same

                              Hi, this is dinesh I had a credit card ending 2953 which I settled in 35000. while making the payment by mistaking me and my wife both made the payment of 35000. ( I have a settlement letter of 35000). The same I explained this to the bank collection officer ad he said it will be reimbursed to my bank account. but now it's been a month nothing has been done. can please resolve the same?

                                I’ve closed my credit card 2 times already but now again they’re calling me saying I’ve to pay again to close my credit card. I don’t understand why Axis bank credit card department is harassing me again and again. This non-sense activity of axis bank is affecting my cibil score. This is clearly consumer harassment. I’d expect an immediate response from the higher authorities to clear this thing otherwise instead of running to axis bank branches, I’d recommend running to consumer court.

                                    I've opened a salary account with axis bank last month. This month I got a mail saying, i have opened a demat account with the bank. I contacted the customer care mail and asked them to close the demat account because i don't want such a facility. All that i needed just a simple savings account. Occasionally i m getting mails about demat trading from axis direct and received mail of opening and closing balance charges which is around Rs. 499 But I haven't maintained balance yet that's why they didn't cut otherwise amount would have cut. Please help me to resolve this issue. This was not expected from Axis Bank that without consent of customers they're opening demat account and charging fees.
