Products shipped on 07 Sep 2015 after making advance payments - courier partner was Bluedart. Waybill no. [protected]. Expected delivery date - 12th Sep 2015. Products reached Kolkata warehouse on 10th Sep and since then no response. I sent repeated emails and I was promised delivery withing 48 hours everytime. Without any intimation - they are being sent back to the shipper. What is even alarming is that on the tracking page they have written - consignee refused to accept.
