[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Amount refund | |||
I am writing this letter for asking about refund the money. Last month I have paid the insurance amount of my car Rs. 4203 on 09/12/2016 through net banking (syndicate bank, karunya nagar, coimbatore). That amount has been detected from my account but I have not get the insurance renewal because some technical problem. So I paid again on 10/12/2016 and renewed the insurance (Bajaj Allianz Insurance) Policy no. is OG[protected]-00073604 I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as it is more than one month’s that we have not received our payment back. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest. Also i would like to request management to look seriously in this type of faults.
