Hi team, I purchased the car insurance with comprehensive plan. The bajajallianz customer care executive has told me that i have to pay only 15% during any claim. When i have claimed, the total bill is rs. 79525/- they are asking me to pay rs. 23738/-. Which is more than 15%.
