Bajaj Allianz — bajaj allianz two wheeler insurance non issuance of policy post payment | |||
I purchased insurance for my two wheeler on 23rd sept 2019 through paytm and i did not get my insurance copy. Customer care numbers never works but somehow after calling multiple times i was able to connect to them and i was given a complaint id 80505663 with an assurance that i would receive my insurance copy within 24hrs which did not happen. I wrote a mail to websales of bajaj allianz which was a complete waste of time as there wasnt any revert. I have shared all the details needed about my transaction but still there isnt any action till date. It is me who is calling them again and again and they are repeating same stories.
