[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — cancellation and refund of car insurance policy | |
I bought a car insurance policy with bajaj allianz whose start date was 26 sep 2019. However on 22 sep 2019 i sold the car to a dealership as part of old car exchange as i was to buy a new car. I accordingly reached customer care websales team on 22 sep itself however they did nothing. I had also logged a complaint number 80466877 with customer care but still nothing was done I escalated this to level 1 and level 2 escalation teams as well but nothing happened. The policy started from 26th september midnight. I duly logged my request on 22nd itself and then shared the proof as well before policy start date itself. Accordingly please cancel this car insurance and refund the amount Please note i duly shared details before policy start date itself so accordingly the refund should be generated. Everytime i called customer care they stated issue will be resolved by tomorrow eod. That tomorrow is still to arrive. Was this information helpful? | |
