[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — car policy document not changed after registration number is changed | |||
I am currently using car insurance policy (OG[protected]-[protected] of Bajaj Allianz which is expiring in October 2018. I have moved from Noida to Bangalore, so changed the registration number and got new RC. Same is being requested in policy document to change the registration number. It has been inspected and all documents provided in Bajaj Allianz office (BTM branch, Bangalore 2 months back). No documents provided yet. Also sent mail on 10th July 2018 to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and reminders to customer care but no response. As talked to customer care representative, they conveyed that I have to buy new insurance policy. It is totally absurd. I have already paid the premium and still valid till October 2018 then why I should buy a new policy again. They need to correct their system and should not loot the customers.
