[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — claim not settled after approved. | |||
Dear sir/mam, I have applied the mobile damage claim through idea celluar against nirvana plan but as per instruction received from idea customer care centre, i have dispatched all damage parts and other documentation to bajaj allaianz mumbai branch. And pod details. shree anjani courier services pvt. Ltd. And pod no.[protected] and courier is shown delivered. And against this claim i have received the message from bajaj allianz. Dear customer, your claim no. [protected] has been approved for rs. 12163/- for partial loss - repair. Please check your registered email-id for more information. But more than three months claim amount has not been settled. Whenever i call the customer care of bajaj allainz they said claim settle within week but no claim is settle till the date, also working tat period is over. Now i am call to customer care no [protected] but not even talk properly and also cut my phone. When i ask to senior contact number or mail id they said we don't have any permission and not coordinate with us, they are only harass the customer and they are only neglect my query related claim settlement. Please settle my claim amount and do the needful on urgent basis. Kindly request to you please take strict action against it. Was this information helpful? | |||
