Bajaj Allianz — did not receive the 2 wheeler insurance even after 7th day | |||
I have renewed my 2 wheeler insurance (OG[protected]-[protected] on 5th September by paying Rs. 2243. the reference number for transaction is 7139759. i did not receive my updated insurance even after 2 days, when i contacted the support they said the amount has been received by them and raised a complaint, the complaint number is 80197772 and the representative told me that i will need to wait 24 to 48 hours to address the complaint. i called back after 44 hours and customer care executive told me that i have to wait exactly 48 hours. when i called back the customer care again they told that the issue will be resolved before next day afternoon i.e today. I did not receive any communication on this issue, i am really feeling bad that i have opted Bajaj allianz, your customer care service is one of the worst service i have ever faced. Can you please kindly look in to this issue asap and do me needful. It is already 7th day after paying the amount and i am now with out any insurance and if any traffic police caught or if any damage occur to my vehicle i don't know what would be the loss i might face.
