[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — endless delay in paying auto insurance | |||
On 28th may, my car met with an accident and on the same day i gave my car to the workshop and raised a claim. The surveyor came to inspect the vehicle after 4 days and gave partial approval on the claim parts and things a week after that. He said that approval for remaining things would be given soon till that time the workshop can try to source parts that are already approved. After 20 days, he gave approval for the remaining things except replacement of two alloys and one tire. To this he said, once the car is completely disassembled, he will inspect the alloys and tires once and then give the pending approval. Finally, he gave approval for two alloys but said the tire might have got damaged owing to some other incident. When i explained the surveyor, how the tire got damaged from the same incident, he had no plausible reason to stop the approval. He just said that give me 1 more day and i will approve that. Later on, he stopped responding. Now, it has been 1 month and 4 days my car is in the workshop due to the innumerous delays caused by the surveyor vijesh mishra. I have even lodged a complain against this man with bajaj allianz (Complain no.[protected]. I am just frustrated with my interaction and completely stuck. I think the company is trying to trick me and get rid away from its liabilities. My policy number is: og[protected]-00000738 My claim no.
