[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — felt very sad after speaking with an executive of bajaj allianz for his rude behavior | |
I was enquiring with bajaj allianz for best plans available for my budget for investment. An executive started explaining the facts and i was interested in bajaj allianz goal insurance plan. He explained but he was impatient to explain the things if i ask second time and was putting blame on me telling i am making him confused and mentioned in call that i am creating all the mess and he specified that could not understand anything what he told. It was shocking for me to hear these things and since this is my first experience in investing in a stock market linked plan i was a bit slow in understanding. I lost hope in bajaj and thought of informing my friends and relatives not to call bajaj allianz for any investment since they are very rude in their behaviour while explaining the facts and they does not have basic manners to speak with a customer.
