[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — hitachi window ac extended warranty | |||
Sir/madam, It is to inform you that i have appliance insurance policy bearing no. Og[protected]-00160192 in respect of extended warranty of my hitachi window ac. I have registered complaint bearing claim no. Oc[protected]-00002160 and after two days on 01.05.2018 technical engineer visited the house and informed that there is capacitor problem in the ac. And he took the capacitor with him and assured me that it will be replaced within a day or two. It is more than 10 days from registering the complaint but issue has not been resolved till date. Customer service executive informed me that it took 4 days for documents submission / verification and approval has not been received till date. We are suffering in the scorching summer season without the functioning of ac just because of your department's callous attitude. You are therefore requested to look into the matter to resolve the issue on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
