[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — incompetence on part of bajaj allianz office and surveyor in case of my motor claim. | |||
My bike ymh r15 got damaged in accident on 11 march 2018, at that time i had fled a claim with your respected office. I got a spot claim initiated for that process but while repairing the bike in the workshop another component was found broken. I then filed a second claim on that before any money for repairs was issued, but this claim was deffered by your employee mr amit kr das saying it is not possible even though bajaj customer service told me another thing. Recently my bike got into another accident on 19 may 2018 and as i filed a claim, a surveyor was issued to me who failed to meet me even 5 days after the accident. Thereby i got my bike repaired from the workshop. Now as i was talking to your office mr amit kr das threatened me with a rep letter telling me the claim cannot be passed.
