[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Lg air conditioner

I am totally dissatisfied by the service provided by Bajaj Allianz.
First of all to get the toll free number is a very challenging task and even though you manage to get it, you would be redirected to different department. The agents doesn’t seem to be responsible to follow up with the issue customer is facing after he has paid for it. The whole team (bajaj alianz customer support and its service centres) are very irresponsible. I logged a call for my AC issue 7 days back and still no one has turned up yet to resolve it. They do not have a proper toll free number the number they are reachable is Haryana number and its an STD call to me. I have to to call them daily for 30 minutes, explain from the begning even after giving the ticket number and they give a false promise that they will follow up and resolve the issue.
After 3 days of ticket creations and daily follow up since the issue was not resolved they simply gave me the service center number and asked me to get in touch with them. It is such an irresponsible thing to do. When a customer has paid them to service they have to take full responsibility to resolve it, instead of giving a service center number. The service center guy Mr. Sathish is one more irresponsible fellow. He also gave false commitments with his team Mr. Masood, Mr. Palani and Mr.Riyaz that they will resolve this issue with in a day. They never came and when I give them a call daily 5 times they say they will send someone and simply play blame game with in eachother. Being a customer I’m not bothered to listen to it. I’m bothered to get my issue resolved which never happened. After 7 days Sathish says that he feels bad about his team that has not resolved the issue and he will assign it to different team. The bajaj service team has not lost anything in this. It is me as a customer lost money and time following up with irresponsible people daily 5 times for continuous 7 days.
I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to have any policies with Bajal Allianz. If they are not responsible for rectifying home appliance then think about the long term investment they promise. I don’t want anyone to suffer because of such an irresponsible company. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, Mouthshut and other grievance websites.
