[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Life insurance surrender amount not received | |||||
I have placed the request for closure of Sarve Shakti Suraksha Policy numbered [protected] a month back on 27-31 Dec 2015. I was told by their representatives that I'll be receiving cheque within 15-20 working days.As per their system the cheque was dispatched on 5th of Jan 2016, but till now I haven't received it.Nor did those people provide me a tracking number. Few days back after several calls at their centre, I came to know that cheque is still not dispatched.They provided me wrong information for several days. I called them several times and everytime they arranged a callback..but they never called back. It's more than a month that I have closed their policy and they are not returning my amount. I have sent all the required documents to them.But still they are not returning my money.Even they are not returning my full amount, and explaining me silly policies.
