Bajaj Allianz — new policy purchase failed : 4th sep 2019

On 4th sep 2019 afternoon i was purchasing a 3rd party insurance coverage for my honda activa two wheeler. After filling in all the details i was moved to the payment portal. Wherein the payment was done with my hdfc credit card. Once the payment was done the page did not return back to the bajaj allianz webpage. But the payment for the policy was received on your end. The reference for the payment is included below in the attachment. After which i contacted the call center and informed them about the same. I was instructed to wait for 24 hrs since the payment was credited and i would receive the policy number and details on my phone via an sms. I waited for 48 hours and called the call center which then directed me to send my details to you. Following are my details. Request you to do the needful and revert.

Vehicle registration no : ka04 el 7691
Date of transaction : 4th september 2019
Transaction reference number : bajajall3225018 (Pls refer attachment for the screenshot of the transaction)

Request you to send me the policy details and a soft copy.

Update : after calling the call center and sending emails multiple times there is no response or action from the company.

Sir i have tried to purchase online two wheeler policy on 07.09.2019 but it failed to issued policy but rs-2222 deducted from my account.
