[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — non issuance of ncb certificate

I had applied for NCB Certificate for my car policy no OG[protected]-00145685. Every time I call customer care, they tell me that I will get it in 24 hours/few hours. When I follow up, they again give a new timeline. This has been done intentionally to delay issue of NCB certificate. No response for the complains made to grievance officer and head of customer experience. They are only good at collecting premium, post that they will make every attempt to harass you. All insurance companies other than Bajaj takes 2 days time for NCB and here even after 9 days and regular follow up there is no clarity.
