[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Not responding to the issue - Pending surveyor allocation | |||
Due to recent floods in CHennai, I have given my 2wheeler to the nearest authorized service center. I have raised Claim with Bajaj and it is now more than 10 days, Surveyor has not survived the vehicle. I have been following up with Bajaj Chennai office and there were no response. EIther, they transfer the call and no one is picking in the motor department or, the SPOC given for the Chennai Flood issue, is not picking the numbers. It is very disappointing to have Bajaj Insurance. I am not getting any response from CHennai or All india Baja insurance customer care dept. my claim no[protected]. I have been trying the following number [protected] & 43979065 who are the SPOC for flood related work in chennai. Till date, they haven't picked the phone.
