[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — policy [protected]

I have submitted my original documents to bajaj for suspension of my policy. No acknowledgement from them. Then i followed up and they said they didn't receive the courier. I sent them the proofs from the courier that it was received. I followed up again and again. Finally they said there is a signature mismatch and rejected my suspension request. I resent the application, still no response. I had no clue what to do. They even could not tell me where the mismatch was. Still the issue is open and i have no response from them.

Sir,
My vehicle number is AP29 TA 4448 and I lost policy, so please send me duplicate policy copy as on urgent basis policy no. Is OG ([protected]).
I have bought .pulsar ns. in 2017...then. ..in my bike there is a problem.in ctluch plates.bush...i had visited the showroom.20times..and .the company. Labours were not able to..solve the problem every time. They have excuses...everytime...and that showroom is closed...now... I am.seeling my.ns ...
.now .I will never buy bajaj motorcycle
