[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Policy not issued even after payment | |||
Volkswagen Policy Number: og[protected]-00040833 I have not received my policy even after 3 days of payment is done. I am being told that there is a technical problem. During this time, my policy does not cover my car. No one even, their grieavnce team does not come back tome. Customer support have bunch of lawyers who keep telling me that call back will be arranged. I did not receive one single call. They said it will be resolved within 24 hours. After 24 hours when i call they say 24 working hours . I am really frustrated. I am planning to file a cheating case. Was this information helpful? | |||
