[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — refund of rs. 885/- (i. e. rs. 750/- + 18% gst) awaited from bajaj allianz

Since 27.11.2018 i have been sending emails/ making phone calls & asking for refund of rs. 885/- (I. E. Rs. 750/- + 18% gst) from bajaj allianz.
This was the extra money wrongly charged by bajaj allianz on 26.11.2018 for owner driver accident cover of rs. 15 lacks, for a renewal of a two wheeler insurance policy no. Og[protected]-00161885, starting from 14.12.2018. This 15 lac cover i did not require. But at that time i was told by bajaj allianz that it was compulsory.
On 12.12.2018, before my renewed policy started on 14.12.2018, government exempted the people having more than one vehicle from this 15 lac insurance cover with each and every vehicle they owned.
The toi news article stating this ruling, was scanned by me and was sent to bajaj allianz with the request to refund rs. 885/- (I. E. Rs. 750/- + 18% gst) before my two wheeler policy started.
Till date the refund for the ‘extra money’ paid by me i. E. Rs. 885/- (I. E. Rs. 750/- + 18% gst) & issue of a new policy cover covering the two wheeler only has not been done by bajaj allianz in spite of my repeated phone calls and emails since 27.11.2018.
