[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — sarve shakti suraksha, premium deducted twice | |||
Bajaj Allianz is such a wonderful organisation who does not recognise whether they have already received premium amount. They keep deducting premium amount twice from 2 different accounts. I have raised a complaint by writing to them with complaint number #78463875 this people does not even have records that how many times they have received amount from a customer. Previously similar thing happened and a complaint #76660265 was raised, then they said to write to us to deactivate one of the ECS system, to my wonder they never removed one of it. More wonderful thing is that the deduction of amount twice does not happens each month, this happens only on random months. I had earlier asked them to stop the ECS through citi bank, but this people does not have any solution to this, one of them says to write to citi bank some says to write to bajajalianze some says this cannot be done.
