[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — This company is fraud they provide wrong information and forces customer to pay illegal charges | |||||
Policy no. Claim no. I had bought 2 wheeler insurance with 0 depreciation and claimed insurance in the first year for same. Now after renewing policy surveyor saying is that my policy got converted into non 0 depreciation. But before submitting claim i confirmed from there executive if my policy has 0 depreciation or not they said yes i have and all expenses are shielded and i only have to pay compulsory excess fees which is 100. But surveyor informed yamaha service center to took 50% amount from me. After that i again called 3 times to bajaj allianz customer care number[protected] and again confirmed if i have to pay anything they said no. I had also registered complaint against surveyor but there's no response from there. So now i'm suffering without bike and i have to pay them 50% charges. If my policy isn't 0 depreciation then why they said it is and i don't have to anything but here i'm forced to pay 50%. And how renewing policy can change the type of policy? Now i want justice 1) because of bajaj allianz i'm suffering without bike 2) i'm forced to pay 50% of bill amount 3) how they can convert my policy into non 0 depreciation? I renewed policy i haven't changed the type of policy 4) they didn't solve my problem even after time limit of 48 hours given by them 5) if i was informed correctly that my policy isn't shielded and i'll have to pay 50% charges i wouldn't have claimed insurance and wasted my time in this all. 6) if policy is not 0 depreciation then why they told me for 4 times that my policy is 0 depreciation? I have call recordings too (Including 4 time call verification for policy type & rude behavior of there executive) for legal actions against company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
