Bajaj Auto — 65 days delay in parts availability | |||
Hello sir, I want to bring it to your notice that i dropped my bike (Pulsar rs200 abs) at the service centre (Jain bajaj (Delhi saharanpur road near tehsil baraut distt. Baghpat) for accidental repair on 01-sep-2018 and till now i have not received my bike from service center and every time i ask about the delay they inform me that the mail has been dropped to the main branch in pune for the parts requirements but main branch did not respond yet as per told by bajaj dealer at our home town. This kind of service response from india's leading automobile manufacturer is quite surprising. I own bajaj bikes from 14 years and do not expect that this will be the response from such a reputed company. Please look into my complain and take action as soon as possible.
