[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — after sale service quality | |||||
I gave my bajaj avenger bike to the nearest dealer for its first service. My bike was numbered for service in first shift. Service centre executive took details of my bike and charged 700 rupees (Despite being free service) and told me to come after 3 p. M for delivery. I dont understand what they will do during service that it will take 9 hours to deliver my new bike. I am really disappointed with the service quality of your brand. Its very dxpebsive as compared to other brands and very time consuming. I have book my whole day just to get my bike serviced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
