I am using bajaj avenger 2010 model-220 cc. On monday 12 feb 2018, in morning there was engine oil leakage from my bike near to d mart, varthur road, whitefield area, bangalore due to leakage on cooling pipe.
I given my bike to near by sln bajaj service centre (Near to shell petrol pump) and they said in morning that they will give by 2 pm on same day. Having a trust in bajaj services i given my bike. They said some 2800 rs expenses. Now its almost 04 days and my bike still with them. They are saying that they are not getting that accessory anywhere. I am facing much problem and money loss due to same.
Kindly help me urgently what to do. Now yesterday they said to take my bike back by towing. If bike are in market how does it van happen that accessory not available and what should i do.
Kindly help urgently else i don't have other options rather than using consumer forum and media. I am very much irritated due to such services.
