Bajaj Auto — Bajaj bike service and claim Fraud | |||
Dear I would like to submit my complaint against bajaj automobile fatehabad. I bought ct 100 new motorcycle in 2 march 2020 (Hr22r0122). Being a small accident, i gave a motorcycle to repair the broken back light red cover and one more plastic side. And my motorcycle has 5 years full insurance from oriental insurance. Today, when i went to get the bike, they took rs. 595 for the name of the first service, and the broken red cover of the backlight. It took claim100 rupees of file charge and 10 percent separately. And i gave them the money they asked for. My complaint is that they don't give me any bill or details about amount. Nor was i explained how much money someone has. When i asked for the red cover of the back light, i was told many time back light cover is not proper । pls see again but they said the best service in all of india is in fatehabad. They do not know how to talk to the customer at all. I do not have any information regarding my bill । my claim amount, other process। they give totally fraud this is not fair. I also gave him proof. That this is wrong and in the accident, a red colored cover of the previous light and the plastic on the side was cracked. Is that the 2 thing 3000? Proof also attached, all staff are give misguide information and don't give any proper answer and i asked for the number of the surveyor, he did not even give it. They started arguing. All fraud is going on. Why didn't you give the bill? We don't give the bill here. I also worked as auditor in automobile industry। so i know everything please check this matter seriously otherwise it will take you to a larger level. If you solve the problem first then it is good, otherwise i will go to the consumer court and i have 2 physical witness proof.
