[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — bike front wheel disk

Very bad service, i bought my ns 200 from this showroom (Raisen road) the day i bought it i told them i have an issue with the front tyre but they told me that disk pads are new so run it for around 300km it will be okay (The issue was, front tyre of the bike was not rotating properly). My bike ran for around 500km but the problem still persisted. At the time of my bike’s first service i told them again but they told me that there was nothing to worry about and my bike was okay. After few weeks when i was not satisfied from the performance of my bike, again i went to the service center and got my bike checked. Now they told me that your front tyre rim is bent also they interrogated me whether i had got my bike crashed from front, i told them a straight no, the adviser told me that there is a bend in your front wheel rim and because of this problem is coming. He told me that they checked the disk plate but the issue is in the rim, i was not allowed to see my bike service as they told me to wait in the waiting area, he advised me that you have your insurance, use it and we'll change the rim for free of cost. After this i rode my bike to my friend (An automobile engineer) who told me that the rim was not bent but the disk plate was.
1. I never crashed my bike even for once since i bought it.
2. The problem was there since the very first day i bought the bike.
3. On my 1st service they didn't listen to my concerns and told me that my bike was okay.
I got my bike checked from outside and they also told the same that the problem is in disk plate.
Due to this pandemic going on i could not go to the service center. But now i will surely file a complaint against them on bajaj official website.
