[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — bikes company fitted battery of bajaj pulsar 220 which is under warranty | |||
I bought a bike bajaj pulser 220 on 5th may 2016 from gurgaon bajaj ml automobiles. Few days ago my bike's battery was dead & not working. I saw my user manual of my bike, in that it is clearly mention that battery is under warranty period of 18 month. But 18 months of my bike is not even completed and i went to bajaj service center to get my battery replaced. Thereafter, i was told at bajaj service center to go to battery's company (Exide) head office at sector 4 gurgaon. I went at exide's head office and was shocked to hear that battery was manufactured in 2014 & is out of warranty. I went back at bajaj service center, they told me that they would not be replacing my battery. It was a big fraud to me that i bought my bike in may'2016 and dealer cheated me by putting battery of year 2014 which was already out of warranty when i bought my bike. It is prayed, my battery should be replaced & i should be paid 8-10 lacks for which i had suffered & cheating & fraud with me by the dealer. Was this information helpful? | |||
