[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — complaining against casual attitude at dealer point | |||
After thinking enough, I have decided to take this step. I lives in ambala and today i visited in the showroom of Bajaj in Ambala City and After doing a lot of surveys finally I decided to take Bajaj Avengar 180. But That was a very surprising thing that There was only one bike in 180cc in Bajaj's showroom in spite of that I finalized it. I have completed all the documentation. First of all, Cleaning before any delivery of a bike is very important. During dikivery process, I found some Scratches on the bike parts. I told him to change the Parts even though. i did not cancel the deal. I told him to change some other parts of the bike and for this I was ready to pay for that. But the employee dismissed my point without considering on that And when I asked for the owner's number then he straight forwardly refused And all my documents returned to me By saying that "That I can return all your documents to you" Either you do not have complete stock or stock which is available is defective. The Employee is availbale. They do not have any solutions. Who has Solutions. He does not have time to talk. Dealer wants profit, But have problem to communicate with the customer for the service.
