Sir/madam, i am serving in indian army and happened to buy a bajaj avenger 180 street from bharat tractors pvt ltd bikaner through bajaj finance on 29 sep 2018 that has chasis no. Md2b43cy5jcc18755. Firstly i had to visit the agency several times to get rc and insurance papers. Neither the agency staff nor financing staff gave me proper response during my visits and made it a very bad experience with bajaj agency and finance. Till date i have not received users mannual and service and warranty. Bike servicing was done on 23 nov 2018 by the said agency. But to my surprise vehicle went off road twice after that. This resulted in mental stress as it hampered my requirement of vehicle. Also raises the integrity of servicing agency (Bharat tractors pvt ltd, bikaner). Despite several calls to the servicing agency past two days, no response received till now and the bike is still off road. Kindly address my grievances and intimate the action taken by you. Thanking you.

I have pulsar200ns only one mounth old... And my rare brake isn't working properly... I told this problem to showroom but thay are saying that this problem occure with all bs4 ns200.. But i ride my friends ns200 and his both brakes are workung properly

Dear sir I purchase a bike pulsar 150 model 2018 on my name .I gave it to some one else but he cannot pay instullement now bike is in the agency
I request to you do not relive it without owner.

Brand new bike 6500 kond, leaking oil from head, fuel gauge and meter console takes water inside on rainy condition, replaced both, again got faulty fuel gauge.
Very bad condition.
