[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — damage done to my bajaj dominar 400 during service - khivraj bajaj service center, mount road, chennai | |||
I have left my bike for service in khivraj bajaj service center, mount road on 28th april 2018 for a paid service and the bike has been delivered to me on 30th april 2018 as promised by mr. Praveen (Service manager). After taking delivery of the bike i have noticed that there are scratches on the right side radiator cover (I have attached the picture). Immediately after reaching home i took a picture and shared the image to mr. Praveen through whatsapp. Mr. Praveen asked me to bring the bike for you to check. It is not easy for me to bring the bike immediately as i am 35 to 40 kms far from khivraj bajaj service center, mount road. And i cannot take off from my work for this reason as well, that is why i have brought my bike on 12th may 2018 which is a holiday for me. But the service center people asked me to bring the bike again some other day once mr. Praveen is back to work as he was on leave that day. This is not the first time an incident like this happening for my bike at khivraj bajaj service center, mount road. To make a note, in the previous service, after taking the delivery of my bike i had found scratches on the front right bumper, scratches on the silencer cover and the foot break (Rear) on the right got bent and had gone inside. Your service person is taking the bike for service only after checking for malfunction or scratches, while i left the bike there were no scratches or damages, only after taking the bike delivery i found these damages to my bike and immediately i have reported to mr. Praveen but he said that he needs to check the cctv camera footage and then only he will be able to take a decision. He took around 5 days to check the cctv camera footage and he tried to convince me that there was not fault happened in your service center side. I even later left the issues just because i am unable to travel 35 to 40 kms from my residence to follow up with this case rather i will let it go hoping that this issue will not happen again (At least for my bike). I did not expect this kind of blunder from an authorized service center like khivraj motors who are a pioneer in automobile sales and services in chennai. This time i cannot leave this issue just like that unless all the damaged parts are replaced with the new one's. I am buying a bike for around rs. 1.75 lacs and spending thousands on each service but the end result my bike being damaged at bajaj service center. I am bringing my bike this far just keeping in mind that bajaj authorized service centers will take good care of my bike. I am highly disappointed with the kind of service from your side. I am hearing from other bajaj customers as well that they are not treated well at khivraj bajaj service center, mount road. I need the issue to be sorted out on an immediate basis. All the damaged parts must be replaced with the new once. And please take a note that i cannot bring my bike again to your service center for checking the damaged parts, replacement or whatsoever. Send someone to my place and get them replaced. I cannot spare my working hours, time, money, energy for all the mistakes that has been done by you people. If this issue is not solved immediately, i will take the issue at a higher level and will not stop being posted in medias. Kindly do the needful on top priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
