[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — negligence of general manager | |
Dear sir/madam I own a bajaj pulsar 200ns model 2013. And my bike was in excellent condition. Until i had a problem with my headlamp and turn indicators. I visited paris bajaj workshop in srinagar on 22 may 2018 and my bike was observed and taken for paid repairs. But for 2 days i received no call from my advisor and i had to call him and they told me that my bike will be ready in 1 day. But they called after 2 days and told me that my bike's crank has seized and are demanding above 20000inr for repairs. When i visited there they had already taken out the engine of my bike without consulting me. Now i want to know that what do i need to do?? Isn't this cheating. Already 3 times I complaint the same issue.
before 5 days I left my bike there in Krishna bajaj where I purchased.
I can't contact them now, they are not attending my phone calls also.
