Bajaj Auto — no response on request moratorium

I have raised an Moratorium request against my two wheeler loan from Bajaj Auto Finance I raised the request on 04/04/2020 and till date i.e. 22/04/2020 my request has been kept on hold and still the website shows that the request in process my emi for the month of April 2020 was debited which I did'nt wanted as I am having shortage of funds as business is disturbed due to COVID-19 outbreak.I request the concerned authorities to look into my request and approve the same and even provide an refund for April EMI as the website states that emi would be refunded upon acceptance of request.I have even mailed several times to bajaj but there is no response my loan account no. is L2WHOW07857049
