[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — non receipt of vehicle documents | |||
I had purchased bajaj avenger 150 motor bike on 26/07/2016 from gupta nagar showroom. Mr. Gautam, in-charge gupta nagar showroom had fed my wrong particulars in rc book application and insurance policy. I brought to notice to mr. Gautam before issuance of these things, but he just gave me fake promises that he will get all thing corrected but did nothing and rc card and insurance policy issued by respective departments contain my and my father’s wrong name and address. Even after issuance of these, i inform him as well as mr. Jigar shah, owner of the showroom though letter, phone and personal visits, but except fake promises, i have not received anything till todate. As i am not having rc book and insurance papers, i am commuting through hired vehicle, which causes not only financial loss but also mental agony. Was this information helpful? | |||
