[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — pulsar 220 fi serving | |||
Hello sir/madam, I would like to raise a complaint against varun bajaj (Tanuku-534211) for their negligence and poor service quality.i have been given my pulsar 220FI (2007 model (TN07 Ap9052) for repairing and replacing the wiring Kit they took nearly 1 month to inform me that spare parts was not available and that i have to wait for more time.even the branch manager was saying that he dont know the proper information about the spares and asking for some more time and their where no alternate kits to replace the wiring kit and they charged nearly 9000 for remaining repairs and i cant use my bike without the wiring kit then their is no use of repairing my bike.if they informed first about the problem then i will search for any alternate option like selling or exchanging my bike they had done half work and makes me keep on waiting for remaining repairs I m angry about their poor quality of service and relation with customers Thanks & regard Yours truly, Ch.Vamsi krishna Was this information helpful? | |||
