My bike Platina was met with accident, i'm repaired my bike from Mohali Bajaj in accidental claim. but that time my bike repaired & brake pedal was not in stock & the advisor said the part was in ordered & pending to fitment in my bike. so i took my bike after repair.approx 2 month delay in part replacement & till now part replacement pending in my bike.

    I bought bike from RK Bajaj Mughalsarai GT Road Pin 232101 on 15/07/2021 today is 11/10/2021 but i have not received my bike Number Plate and RC Copy and when we visit your showroom staff not take any positive response, They are saying that they have handed over the number plate to the wrong person by mistake.
    How can you give our number plate to the any person,
    We will not be responsible if the receiver used our number plate in any criminal activity.

      I have serviced my bike in 08.10.2021. But to i will start my bike in morning but it's not started.
      My bike did not start today as the people at the Somanur Bajaj showroom did not service my bike properly.
      And they are also totally irresponsible. Don't have any knowledge

          I have visited 2 times in showroom for vehicle complaint but till now it didn’t resolved.they told come tomorrow there is shortage of technician next day i went on that day also same excuse shortage of technician if bajaj have shortage of technician why they are selling vehicle on purchasing of vehicle they have to tell we have shortage of technician i[censored] can adjust then only you buy vehicle otherwise u dont buy..worst service experience i have ever faced in my whole life..

                I am tamilselvan, [protected]. Bought Bajaj ns 160 . my engine got siezed and done a service on December 2020 and had to pay 18000. My engine got siezed again by march, 2021. Unfortunately, due to financial situations I can't do service immediately and So, I submitted my bike on August, 2021. The service changed the same parts and asking for a charge of 17000 again. How in the world, I can pay for the same parts which got sized in just 3 months. The service center is located in Guduvanchery, name : popular Bajaj.
