[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Regarding warranty claim | |||
I purchased bajaj platina 110h gear model on 24/01/2020 I rode my bike only two months after that lock down was announced during that period my bike was in idle . Once the lockdown was released I started my bike but the self didn't work properly I thought that the battery will be problem. I arrived bajaj showroom and asked to check the battery they told that after charging it will be fine. But the morning they told the battery has gone. So within one year just droven 1800km the battery gone dead. The battery they used if from exide brand. They told that we will replace the battery with new one . 2 weeks gone still they are telling that battery is out of stock so wait. So this is the service done by bajaj to their customer. The out of stock is their issues but treating the customer with delay and irresponsible answers is wrong. Kindly accept my query and do needful Was this information helpful? | |||
