[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — service denial and pathetic customer service | |||
This is to keep you guys informed about the worst customer experience that my brother received when he went to ravi dutt motors, ferozepur dragging the bike fro almost 3 km as it failed to start. While the mechanic was inspecting it for the problem, the service advisor - randeep kaur started pitching in to replace everything that was even not even the part of the problem. The problem that he wanted to address was a electrical fault as the bike was not able to start but randeep kaur intervened in between and started pitching to replace the chain set, the gear lever and the mudguard and other things rather than addressing the problem for which he went there. More over she was very rude arrogant and highly unprofessional while speaking, i would like you guys to take strict actions against her If i compare my customer experience with honda, you guys stand nowhere and this is the reason hamara bajaj is no longer on roads abut with this kind of customer service the company will definitely be on road one day.
