Bajaj Auto — Unexpected poor service from bajaj dealer | |||
This was my below mail to [protected]@bajajauto.co.in past 24 hours but not a single call o reply from them..seem they too have a backlogs of customer grievances. Hi, Myself Mr.Bhushan More, I have booked Bajaj Avenger Street 220 from Suryoday Bajaj In Goregoan West (Mumbai) on 04th of December 2015. During booking I was informed that the waiting period for the above mention bike was 30 days. considering that I requested to deliver me on 8th of Jan 2016. but they fail to their commitment with the reason that bajaj has stop allotting Avenger street 220 (don't know for what reason you stop doing that).Later after several follow up i was told that i will get my delivery on 11th Jan and again false service commitment by Bajaj, (this time new reason that RTO has lot of backlogs so registration pending) Today more than 30 days has passed I stand with no quality service and commitment. I request some higher authority to intervene and resolve this on priority or i can reach to Mr.Rahul Bajaj or Mr.Rajiv Bajaj through social media. I mujahid shaikh veh. Bajaj pulsor 220 veh no mh-03-cc-2870 facing problem of suddenly stop my vehicle on road . Reported to prem auto chembur he given me the quotation of 2500 of valve, valve laping & labour charges but my vehicle is in warrenty and i face misbehaviour from their advisor. Kindly request you to look into the matter.
