Bajaj Auto — Unhappy with your services provided in one of your service centers

All it started with my bike service at Sherry Auto garrage in malwani church Malad(W) Mumbai-95.The service was fine and costed me 2300 INR. Two days after service the engine oil started to leak off so I went back to him and the mechanic just said the screw was loose and just tightened it. The next day the oil was almost drained on my way back home from work. Next day morning I immedeatly had to rush to him and the mechanic said you will have to leave the bike and take it in the evening. I was okay with it. I again came next morning and he said the bike was not ready because of dusshera, I said fair enough, I managed travelling by rickshaw for 2 days. 2nd day evening I recieve a msg stating that your bike is ready and the bill is 280/-. I instantly msgd back saying 'why would I pay when its not my fault and the bike didnt have that particular problem before service and I was not even told about it before the service and even after the service I've already spent enough'. There was no justification for my question and I was replied 'sorry we will not give your bike if you dont pay'. I was very dissapointed with the way they said it beacuse I was a loyal customer. Every time I get my bike serviced there and everytime more than twice I had to go back to show them what is not fixed properly. Nxt Morning when I go to speak with them they say the Threading of the screw of the oil tank had worn off and they say it was because of my fault. I was shocked to hear this because everytime I service it only there and the mechanic there is the only one who removes and puts the screw, why would I bother. When asked multiple times for an answer how this happened the manager there raises his voice and says whatever it is you have to pay or you won't get the bike, you either pay or you can get lost, I don't care for customers of your kind. I kept on asking him how did the threading go off and he never answered the question. Besides, he said it's your bike so its your fault I didn't ask you to come to us. I still kept arguing to know the answer to my question and then he raised his voice again and said "You're talking all rubbish I will call the police and put you behind the bars. You don't know who I am" I was stunned to see how someone could speak this way to customers, I believed business treats customer as gods. After a long arguement I ended up paying them the money. My only point behind this whole scenario is that paying 280Rs. is not a big deal when I could spend 600 for travelling in rick but it really feels cheated when you have no answer to the question and no proper explanation is provided. Afterall its my fault because I was told by my friends who've also had bad experience not to go there, I should have listened to them. I'm sharing this so that everyone is aware and knows what bad experience I've had. The only question that now arises. IS THIS WHAT SERVICE BAJAJ DELIVERS?
