Bajaj Auto — worst service centre | |||
Hi, this is shivkumar Saroj with vehicle number MH02DC8170 Avenger 220 I visited Autoden Bajaj service centre Mahim in March 2018/Aug2018 and today[protected] for service when I visited for first service type hey given me astimate cost of RS 8000/- on various part to be replaced which I payed but the kind of service they gave it was one of their worst service..after giving many complain to Area manager Rakesh and then necessary action was taken but still issue unresolved. After that along with first service even I tool AMC worth Rs 2500/- due to which I got blocked and have to come to complete the service. Same issue with 2 time also that bike was not properly services and after complain it was resolved. Today[protected] I visited at 9:30am to give my bike for servicing and staff came at 10am and that to service advisor was not available one girl who was looks after billing she was advising me and just took coupon and ask to call in afternoon to now the status of bike. I asked her they I want to even change the chain spoket and front disk pad so what will be the cost. She told 1700/- for chain spoket + 600 labour charge and 164 for brake pad + 160 labour on that. When I crossed check with Sai service the same part was available bat 1534/- with labour of 150. When I visited in evening to get the bike again I asked store manager Kunal what is the cost of chain spoket he even reconfirm with the same lady and said it's the right price and when I said that the same thing Sai service Bajaj is fig my at 1534/- then why r u charging me extra for that.. instant they change the statement that 1534/ is the price and it's depend onodel of the bike when that have my bike entire day in service centre and labour cost instant they said it's 300 by mistake she must have told u. My concern is when the staff is not trained or not aware then why are they attending customer and giving false infomation. It's clear show Bajaj Autoden Mahim service centre team does not provide accurate and correct information and I don't even trust that whatever part they are charfinf are that getting fix in bikes. I got my bike from Sai service Andheri and almost I got my bike service for more than 3yrs and it's one of the best customer service and even service is good..don't need to visit again with issues but the time I have given my bike for service at Baja Autoden Mahim not even in first time my issues get resolved. It's not only me there are many customer who visit and keep on shouting bcz of service. Rakesh Area manager is even not bother to take care of customer as If he is the only busy person on earth. Worst service centre will not recommended to any one visiting over there Was this information helpful? | |||
