[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Not received the Item (Bajaj Bahar Ceiling Fan) | |||
I have orderd Bajaj Bahar Fan on 6th October 2014 and (Order No:BELB1310616). and i have checked the order status and it is showing the "item is not delivered because, the address is not found" and when i asked about this to the customer care they are saying the product is still in warehouse.How is it possible.I have ordered so many things in flipkart and snapdeal, they have not faced any problem in delivering to this address.i called so many times i am not getting proper answer and every time they tell that they will call back but they wont call.they did not give complaint no.everytime new person will take the call.no proper response.please ask them to deliver the item Soon or else pay the money back. they told that they will deliver in 7 days. its almost 15 days and I wrote to customer care but they are not replying to mails.
