Bajaj Electronics — 3 burner gas stove | |||||
I have purchased a bajaj 3burner gas stove at spencer hyper market, velachery chennai, on 8th of april. We found that one of the burner is not working. We have placed a complaint on 9th april. But we didnt get any support from service center till tuesday. Again we called the customer care and they provided a support person mobile number. Then they attended our compliant on wednesday 12th april and told that one of the part is missing and its a manufacturing defect. He told that he needs to place an order using our warranty card and then he will replace it on 17th april. We called him on 17th april, at that time he said he will not attending the calls from our area. This defect product has been sold out by bajaj; the product has not been tested properly by the quality team. We are very much disappointed by the services, in the beginning itself. We have proper warranty and bill, and we couldnt make use of this defective product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
