Bajaj Electronics — Air Conditioner installation

I have purchased Voltas Air Conditioner from Bajaj Electronics Attapur Branch, Hyderabad on 28/03/2017 and though the goods were delivered on 30/03/2017, Installation did not take placed as on date. I am trying to call them over phone no one is responding to the call. They assured me installation in 24 to 48 hours. But though it is more than 4 days of purchase no installation as of now
