[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — Bill copy | |||
Tv is not working, unfortunately we lost invoice(Bill) card, but we have warranty card attached in this mail. Service provider asking duplicate bill . I went and asked duplicate bill, but they are not giving and saying that "they don't have that bill and we not have that data". So i dropped a complaint in their complaint box. Now they are saying that "our server is not connecting, it will take one month to generate duplicate bill." we are facing this problem from last one month. Please give me clarity does warrant works without invoice ?. Request to the people is don't buy any items from BAJAJ. After your any purchase they will not consider you as a customer they will treat you as a rough paper.

Bajaj Electronics — Not installing the air conditioner
I purchased a samsung split ac from bajaj electronics (Habsiguda branch). But nobody is come and install the ac still now. There is no update from the dealer and any attempt to reach bajaj showroom numbers are futile as they never answer a telephone call from customers. Horrible exp. Worst service and cheater sales persons. I have purchased LG refrigerator on 23/6/16 till now i have not received the product, i contacted the branch but there is response from manger and staff ...how can such a big electronics shop do like this and not even responding to phone call...
