Samsung inverter ac purchased on 21 april and till date ac not installed, i was assured of delivery and installation of the product in 24 hr till date there is no response or action till date
The worst experience i ever had is buying a product from bajaj electronics the sales guys take you for a ride promising all sorts of things like delivery in one day and so on words you wish to hear when you buy something and they ensure you buy the product and then once you pay them the money then the real drama unfolds.
You keep waiting for the product to reach you and the waiting goes on and on after a few days when your product doesn't turn up you call them to enquire then come the answer that the minimum waiting time is 78 hours not the 24 waiting time as promised at the time of purchase.

Your nightmare starts when the item you purchased needs installation to my bad choice of store it turned out to be the product i purchased needed installation after waiting for 78 hours of product purchase the installation of the product did not happen till date it has been 144 hr and i am still waiting for some action to be taken i called up the store and bajaj electronics store person informs me that i have to wait another 78 hr for the installation to happen as it is the product service person who is busy can only attend only in the possible next 78 hr.
I wish to inform any one who is spending money on any large purchase to choose from another branded store as bajaj electronics store people do not keep there word of services and it is the worst service i have come across.
Ac has been delivered on wednesday.but installation has been not yet done .we waited for 3 days after delivery of ac.and when i called them they are giving foolish answers..
I bought Samsung A.C in your branch at tirupati on 28th april this year. From that day onwards i am waiting for the technician to install the a.c. I am feeling very inconvenient and irritated with this type of customer service that to in this hot summer . . . .

    I have ordered Samsung LED TV on Apr 23 from Bajaj Electronics near Paradise and was told that the TV would be delivered on 24th, 8 pm. But till now(Apr 26)it's not been delivered. Sale Executive(Mahesh) who convinced to buy the product in there stores and also gave his mobile number but tired to reach him. He don't even pick the calls. Also tried the so called customer care numbers continuosly 2 days but no response. These ppl just convince the customers till they get into the trap and order product and later don't even bother to ensure that the product us delivered on time or not. How much you try reaching there phone numbers it's just waste of time. I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any product from these stores.

    Ordered kenstar air cooler on 27th March. This cooler is waste.I want to return and order a different one.TIN # [protected].This cooler makes lot of sound but doesn't cool at all.I am completely unhappy. Please take it back n I want to order a higher value product

      The invoice of the LG AC bought at your store is ASR/16/2209 Dt[protected]. Delivered 8 days ago. We have tried contacting your people at A.S.RAO NAGAR for installing the AC. Today is the 9th day no response from your people yet. I am a local newspaper reporter. We have a press meet in Saket premises in the presence of local MLA. I will make sure this issue is highlighted and nobody buys any kind of products from your branches. neither LG. Very Very poor customer service. I will also auction the product I have bought from you.
      I wouldnt rate any company having such a worse service
      I have taken a refrigerator Loan ID NO 4000CD00081955 in the year 2010 December for an amount a Rs 15000/- per month 1500X9 months i am cleared the same loan in august 2011, i have been listed as defaulter in this regard plz call me back

      Bajaj electronics does not give proper contact number. The number which is given, won't work. Delay in updating, delay for installation. They won't keep up timing.

        Tv is not working, unfortunately we lost invoice(Bill) card, but we have warranty card attached in this mail.

        Service provider asking duplicate bill .

        I went and asked duplicate bill, but they are not giving and saying that "they don't have that bill and we not have that data". So i dropped a complaint in their complaint box. Now they are saying that "our server is not connecting, it will take one month to generate...

        Dear sir,

        I have bought a kenstar multi cooler hc vide invoice no: tpjt/16/454 yesterday around 8.30 p.M in tirupati electronics, panjagutta. I taken it as per sales manager suggestion without any checking at your show room.
        I taken it and installed, then fine it does nor have bottom water plug. Then switched on but not worked the blower. After 10minutes blower worked. I informed the same to your sales manager and reached to show room taken the plug. I kept the plug poured 60 ltrs water and switched on, after 10 sec blower started working. After 1hr blower was stoped and not working.

        Kindly make a complaint. I won't like to continue with this . Please arrange to return my money soon. I will hended over the same today around 8 p.M .

          I had purchased a washing machine on 21st april..I made the complete payment. I was promised that the product shall be delivered by 23rd evening 6 pm. But till today, it has not been delivered...I have been continously calling on the landline numbers but no one is picking the call..the worst is, even customer care number is not being answered..pathetic...very bad, very unprofessional...the complete experience is frustrating.

            I have purchased a bajaj food processor “bajaj platini 1000w”, on 13th apr16, from priya associates, pimpri, pune vide invoice no 48961
            On the very first day o[censored]se, we observed that it’s not working properly.
            Actually we tried to knead atta/flour, but it didn’t worked out
            Then your demo representative visited on 16th april, where he also observed the same concern he tried three times with fresh flour, but every time it failed
            Finally, he said that the issue is with gear system and said that he will get it replaced

            My complaint no is 9590347

            Would request you to arrange to return the food processor, when, any new product which is bought with great enthusiasm does not work as promised, brings down the interest


            Kindly do the needful and suggest the formalities from our end to return the food processor

                Purchased a Split AC almost 10 days back but first delivery was behind schedule by almost a week. Then when i threatened to cancel the order they delivered in half hour. Then the promised to get the product installed within 24 hours. However, two days later when i checked with customer service, I learn that the executives haven't even registered or logged in the necessary details with the vendor.

                  I purchased hitachi ac on 15.04.2016 at bajaj electronics, nagole, (Lb nagar road), hyderabad. The sales executive promised that the installation will be done in 48 hours. But till today (24.04.2016). On repeated phone calls, two technicians came just roamed here and there and went back. Another two techs came but installation not done. From hitachi only calls came but no technicians so far came for installation. Kindly take necessary action so that the same problem should not repeat to the other customer.

                    Iam very unhappy with the way tolichowki branch people s response. I have purchased two Acs on 9 th April n they were delivered almost a week later after my calling them 20 times n again visiting them n questioning them.After continuous calls that manager responded n got them installed.However one is a faulty piece n again no response.Its been two weeks n work is not done.In my 20 years of acquaintance with Bajaj I have never faced this irresponsible attitude but this time Iam fed up n irritated.If you can take a quick action I will be obliged

                      I have purchased this product and got problem with in one month, I called to customer care and did not got proper response. Within 5 month I repared this product 3 times at bajaj service center and I called to customer care so many times but every time got same reply that is "go and repare your product at bajaj service center" I am feeling so frusted by repairing this product at every month and calling at customer care. Its worst product and I wasted my time as well as money and no one to here listen to complaint. Worst customer service by Bajaj.
                      I hope may be I got some help from here, please give a response in this as soon as possible.

                        I have purchased a Samsung Air conditioner on 17/04/2016. They said it will be delivered next day and installation would be done within 48 hours. Ac was delivered on 19/04/2016 but no one came to installation till now. I am calling the showroom daily. No one answers for sometime then when you get answered they will ask ur contact number and they will try to send today and in the evening when no one comes to ur house u call again they say tomorrow for sure... Is there any solution

                          We have purchased LG Air conditioner on 16/4/16 with invoice No. HBG/16/1828. I have deadline on installation. When I was purchased it was said that AC will be delivered by Monday I.e., 18/4/16 and it will be installed on Wednesday. I purchased the AC in your store on these conditions. But it was delivered on Wednesday I.e., 20/4/16 and not yet installed. Still we haven't received any confirmation regarding installation from LG and there is no response from store. I am trying to reach BAJAJ ELECTRONS on phone but I all the phones are always busy and don't know when it is going to install. I have not expected this type of service from such a big store. I am not going to purchase anything in further in BAJAJ ELECTRONICS.

                            I had purchased hitachi inverter ac on 14th april 2016 and still it is not installed. Nobody gives response on hitachi helpline number and at bajaj electronics also they keep on ignoring our phone calls and requests to get the installation done. We went to store after the issue was not resolved on phone. But there we met few more people facing same issue. The store manager also got himself lost somewhere seeing so many frustrated customers. It feels like i was robbed of rs 51000.Worst ever service.Don't purchase anything from bajaj and hitachi. If they cannot install d ac then how will they solve any future complain if it occurs. Worst customer service.They cheat people like us. I want to return ac back now and get my money. Smaller stores are more better then dis aleast we dnt have to run to stores to get our complaint solved.

                              I bought a LG smart tv at one of your stores for sum 30, 000 a month back...and my friend bought same tv for 23, 000 rupees from other store not from bajaj..so here u people made a fraud to a valuable customer like me...and I want this complaint to rectify as fast as u can...else m gonna sue you people at consumer forum...and at human rights...I want to reedem my loss..all you got is 3 days time...guys i am gonna raise this issue and i can take it to media level where u will loose your GOODWILL hope u will revert as fast as u can...

                                I have bought a godrej ac from bajaj electronics nallakunta hyderabad on 6 th april 2016 but they have not still delivered the ac to my home. Daily they are saying that delivery will be done but it is not delivered. I want to raise a complaint against the showroom for robbing me of my money and not delivering the product. I want to specially name mr. Sai raj, the salesman who kept telling me that delivery will be done on 20th april and then said that he is on weekly off and then gave me other numbers of equally dishonest people who took me for a ride and i want to sue them and want my money back because i dont trust them to deliver my product. I dont trust them with any thing now and despite being a big showroom, the shop is full of salesmen who take the money but do not know how to get products delivered to customers. This is absolute robbery and i want to warn everyone to ensure that they never believe such crook salesmen. I have paid rs 24900 and want my money back.

                                In a time when shops go out of the way to retain customers, and after sales service is an area where dealers behave irresponsibly, a shop like bajaj electronics can hire such incompetent salesmen who will not deliver products on time and keep lying to customers is a shocking reality i faced today. Delivery is a basic right of the customer and i have a valid invoice to prove this. But the company has violated the contract y not delivering the product.

                                I feel bajaj electronics is the worst dealer in hyderabad to buy any product now and i shall never buy any product from them again. I have to beg them to deliver something which i paid for and which is not still in my custody.

                                    I bought a hitachi ac 1 week back and still installation is not done. They promised to make it in two days and there is no means to contact them. The number listed also doesnt work at all. I had to go back to showroom and everyone is denying to give in their number to contact. They ask to contact that customer care number only. They promised to do that on the same day and i went back home and was waiting skipping my office. They again didnt turn out and my frustration is at peaks. Please close that showroom if possible. They are just making money and making people by brand bajaj. Worst customer service. It is for sure it is going to be closed one day.

                                      We bought a split a.C of daikin on 14/04/2016. And i can say we had worst experience with them.Initially they mentioned that we would be asked to pay rs.1000 for installation even after telling them that the delivery has to made 50 kms away from city ( shadnagar). They delay in dispatching the ac.Next day when we called for installation the person demand for rs.2000 and if we do not pay they are not going to come for installation., when i tried to speak with their manages he say they have mistakenly mentioned rs.1000 and demand us to amount they asked.I say bajaj elctronics and daikin should stop looting people in this manner as their reputation is going low.
