I bought a new LG refrigerator 600 Litres from Bajaj Electronics at Forum mall on 24th Sept which was delivered the next day with a dent on it. On complaining they promised to have it replaced but since then I have been chasing them with little or no response. They initially promised to replace the product but have stopped attending my phone calls since then. This is really poor customer service and I will never buy any product from them anymore.
