Bajaj Electronics — Delay in delivery and false commitment | |||
Sir I have sir I have booked television in your stores on 22nd of October and paid total amount. At the time of booking they committed that they will be delivering the television on 25th of October. But as of now they have not delivered. Whenever I am calling they are postponing the dates. So I want to know why they are giving wrong commitments at the time of booking this leads to misunderstanding . As a customer I am very much worried what are you doing and keep on waiting for the product delivery. And this leads to bad image for Bajaj electronics where people have a good belief but with this experience I am not going to purchase any item in future. So you please instruct sales team sales promoter not to give wrong commitments to customer and they will lose belief . And I will keep inform to everyone regarding my experience.
